This is Jino Fort, and I'm going to show you some ground moves. Now ground moves are very sometimes hard, because you've got to get up from them. But if you know how to use them right, you can stay down there a little bit and impress people and get back up at the same time. So it depends on what you're doing. We have a variation of ground moves, just really know choreography or anything like that for ground.
You can go around and around to the ground, or you can go slowly, wheel barrow to it or any way you want. Either way it's your pick. I'll do this move called Around the World. Well, that's what I call it. That's what I do. So basically, when you do it, it takes some practice. You can't go all the way down at first, because I don't want you to hurt yourself. So when you do it - it's like Electric Boogaloo, if you know what Electric Boogaloo is, it's round movements and popping.
So what I do I take it, put my left leg out. Go all the way down, bend my right knee. Take my body, break my knees, not literally. Break my knees, go down. Get the rest of my body, go all the way around and come around, like so. Now there's really no slow way to do it, so I'm going to show you in fast motion. Five, six, seven, eight; one and you go around. Now when you do that, we've got to be careful as well, because you don't want to go down too rough and just end up banging your head. So I'm going to show you what it looks like with music.
