This is Jino Fort, and we're going to tick today. Ticking is very subtle movements. Moving to the music, but you're really ticking. Like you're barely moving an inch a second. So it's like tick, tick, tick, tick, literally that's what it sounds like. That's what ticking is. So when you tick make sure you tense all your muscles up and make sure you're very tight and tense and you're moving to the beat.

So an example, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. All right, you can do anything you want with ticking. You can make facial expressions, like be characteristic. Slow-mo with it, anything you want. It depends on what song it is, really. So we're going to go left, right, forward and back. So we're going to do one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

So try that. Five, six, seven, eight and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Five, six, seven, eight and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One-one, two-two-, three-four, four-four. You can speed it up, slow it down, anything you want.

The thing about ticking is you can use it almost with anything and it's very versatile to use with other styles, as well. So it's not just upper body. You can use lower body, middle, high, head. You can even use a hat. You can tick almost anything you want to. So let's try it with music.
