Ashle: Hey, guys. Ashle and Henri. We're going to show you a little bit more advanced way to combine samba and house to get your Latin fusion. So we'll demonstrate it first, and then we'll break it down. We're going to go to the side, and one, and two, and a double, and a side, and a side, and a double. And going back [?], ba, ba, ba, ba. Yeah? Now let's break that down, because there are a lot of little steps in there. So we're going to do it slow when we demonstrate it altogether, but we're going to break it down because it's tiny and quick. So you're stepping to the side. One, two, three, five, six, seven. One and repeat. Yeah. So you're doubling. So we have one, two, three, five six, seven, one, two, three. Then we switch to then other side. One, two, three, five, six, seven, double. Yeah. Now it's harder to do slow. When you move quick it gets a little bit easier.

So we go to the side and a one, and a two, and a double, out, and a one, and a two, and a double, out. Yeah. Now because we're making it funky and it's a fusion, just stay bent. Bend in your knees. Relax your body. Don't worry about staying up and lifted. You're just going to lean down into it. Yes? So let's just do the first part. And one, and a two, and a double step, one, and a two, and a double step. Now we're going to bring the right foot forward, and we have one, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven. Yeah. So there's three steps for each movement. So you want to make sure you get all the steps in there, because if not you just end up hopping backwards. Yeah. So you start back with the right. And a one, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven. Yeah. Now for the girls, when you want to create something there you can play with your hair. You can play with your hips. Guys, you might want to be a little more relaxed. You can play with your hair, too. Whatever you want to do.

Henri: If you've got hair, you play with it, too.

Ashle: So let's put that all together. Yeah. From the side step, we'll start with the right. And we go one, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven. Right front and a bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop. Good. Now let's show you this one. We're going to step away and show it to the back so you can follow along with us. Let's start with the right. Six, seven, and, one, and a two, double bounce, left, and a right, double, bounce. Right front, left, right, left. Yeah. So let's try that with music. Five, six, seven, and, one, and a two, double step, and a one, and a two, double step, and a, and a, and a back, and a back. Let's repeat it. Seven, eight, and a one, and a two, and a double step, and a one, and a two, and a double step, bop, bop, bop, bop. Great. So there you have a little bit more of an advanced way to combine samba and house. And of course, you could do that with a much faster song, and the faster the song gets, the more advanced it becomes because those steps are so quick.

Henri: Yes.
