The Willie Bounce is a dance hall style. So you definitely want to have a feeling behind it. You want to be loose, you want to be in a groove. So you definitely don't want to have any kind of stiff appeal to these movements.
With the Willie Bounce it's just arm extensions and moving from side to side. I like to say topping your feet.
So you can go move to your left and lift up your right leg and you tap it down. Then you put all your weight on that same right leg, lift up your left leg and then you tap it down. Then you keep it in that same motion.
Then you can extend it with your hands.
So you want to keep this motion right here. And then you can play around with it.
Boom. Hop. Hop.
Then you can give yourself some levels when you're doing it.
So you get higher.
You can get back with it.
You can giver yourself sloppy arms.
Then you're done.
