Hi. My name is Victor Shell. And I'm going to teach you how to wave. Basic fundamentals. So you want to keep it on the eight count. You want to start at your wrist. Bend your wrist. Bend your elbow. Bend that shoulder. And that other shoulder. Bend your elbow, wrist, up, flat. And you want to keep everything as if it's like one flat line. There are some people who want to, sometimes people want to start with their arms bent. Sometimes people start with their arms straight. The easiest and most simplest way is to start with your arms spread, bent. Because not everybody is that flexible to do a wave from here. Yeah? So you want to start right here. Okay? And you want to keep it as simple as one. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Hands up. Hands flat. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Hands up. Hands flat.
And then you want to do it a little bit more smoother. Or a little bit more faster, actually. So you're going to go five, six, seven, go. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Flat. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Flat. And that's how you wave. And basically, once you keep on practicing your wave, you'll get better and better at it. So that you won't even have to isolate it. You can just do it smoothly. And it'll look something like this. So you'll go. Yeah? We'll make it play around. Make it freestyle. So, that's how you wave.
