And we're going to stomp with our right. And we're going to contract our arms like this. Pushing it forward, forward while we contract. Pushing it back while we retract and open up our chest. Contract arms forward. Open up your chest. Arms are back. So what we're going to do is we're going to go and 1. Step with your left. And 2 stomp with your right. Okay. So, and 1 and 2 Okay. You want to keep this kind of like a groove into a quick sharp stop. Okay. So you're going to go and 1 and 2
And then what you're going to do now is repeat the same thing but moving to your right. So you’re going to cock your right leg up with your hands back. Place it down with your hands forward and your body contracted. Bring your left leg up with your hands back. Stomp your left leg with your hands forward and your body contracted. So, together it's going to go 5, 6, 7 and 1, 2 3, 4 So from here, what you're going to do is you're going to step over here. Stomp again but your arms are going to shoot to the right. You're going to keep your hands, your elbows, everything and shoulder distance. And then you're going to keep those arms there as you step over to the right and shoot it to the left. So let's combine those two. So we're going to go 1, 2 3, 4 5, 6 7, 8 So 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 5 and 6 7 and 8 Okay. Now from here what you're going to do is you're to shoot your right hand and point it towards the upper corner with your left hand as well. But, you're going to stomp with your right leg.
