Hi, my name is Victor Sho and I'm going to show you an advanced party stroll. Alright? So we want to stay grounded right here. We're going to step over with our right leg. Now you see how my body is positioned, slightly profiled towards the front? Stomps with the left leg. Your arm is going to go rolling right, left, right. This right hand comes down, pops it back, goes straight through for a punch. And you're grounded in a plié right here. Now when you combine that with the movement of your feet it goes one, two, three, and punch. Okay? So it goes five, six, seven, and one, two, three and punch.

You're going to do a stroll to your left, stomp with your right leg right here. Okay? One, two, three, punch, stroll left, stomp right. Now what we're going to do is a hop. Okay? So you're going to hop with your feet tucked in and you're going to hitch kick both of your feet to the back in the air and then land with both feet together. Okay? Okay? Let's take it back. So you're going to go one, two, three, punch, stroll left, stomp right, hop, stomp with your left, bring your feet right here, bring your right feet right back out, and you're going to hop towards your right again like that. Two hops.

Let's take it back. So you're going to go one, two, three, pop it back, punch, left stroll, right stomp, hop, step, stomp left, right step, right step, hop, right here. Okay? So now what we're going to do from here is we're going to prep into a turn on your right leg. And as you do that, your hands will be up in this right angle position right here and your feet will be flexed right here. Okay? And your feet can stay a little bit grounded. You don't have to be too up with this turn. Okay?

So from here after we did this hop, you're going to prep like this, boom, hop out with two feet. My body is positioned this way to prep me for my turn on my right leg, boom. And then you're going to stomp there, boom. Yeah? And what you're going to do is you're going to hop on your left leg, stomping at the same time to clap over and under your right leg. So you're going to go from here. Bop, clap, clap. Let's take it back. Alright? Here we go. So, you're going to go one, two, three, punch, left stroll, right stomp, hop, step, left stomp, right step, right step, hop, step, prep, turn right leg, stomp left. So now hop on your left leg. Boom, bop, bop. Okay?

So from here, boom, bop, bop, what you're going to do is we're going to finish this off by stomping on your right leg quickly, boom, and you're going to keep this plié seated kind of like position right here, and you're going to drop a little bit of a level as you stomp your left leg repetitively twice and extend your arm like this. Okay? Bop, boom, bop. Five, six, seven, and left, bop. Five, six, seven, and bop, boom, bop. Okay? And from here what you're going to do is just loop the entire step over again.

So from here, you're going to go roll into this one, two, three, punch, stomp, step, up, down, stomp, step, step, up, down, prep, turn, stomp, step, clap, clap, boom, boom, boom, boom. And then you're going to finish it off at that last one, boom, boom, boom, stomp. Okay? You finish like that after you loop it. Five, six, five, six, seven, ho! [dances] And that's the advanced party stroll.
