Hi. I'm Alex Foh from Warrior Fitness Boot Camp in New York City. I'm going to show you how to do the monkey bar. Here we have a set of monkey bars. What you want to do is jump up to them and keep that initial momentum from that jump right through to the end. Okay. So, it's going to look like this. You are going to jump up and just go right into it. Move those hands nice and fast. Do not stop. Once you stop, it's very hard to get started again. Okay?
Now a couple of tips and tricks, a little bit of advice when doing this. One thing, once you get stopped it's very hard to get started again. So, you want to keep that momentum going all the way through to the end. Another thing is, if you don't have the strength to necessarily get through it alternating hand-to-hand what you can do is bring one hand to the same bar that you have other hand on. So for example, you want to jump up, place your left hand on the bar in front of you, bring your right hand to the same bar. Okay? Again, just keep that momentum going right through it, left, right, left, right, left, right, all the way through and take it to the end. That's how you do the monkey bars.
