Hi. I'm Alex Fell from Warrior Fitness Boot Camp here in New York City. I'm going to show you how to do the walking dip bar. Now you are going to approach the obstacle. You are going to jump up to it. Keep everything nice and stiff, from your upper body and to your arms, your core, your shoulders. Keep everything nice and tight. All right. Lock it out. You are going to jump up. And you are going to move your right hand. Then move your left hand. Okay? A little tip and trick to do this, if you've never done it before, is do the bicycle. Okay? You are going to bring that right knee up with your right hand. Bring our left knee up, left hand. Same time, get a fast rhythm going. Right. Left. Right. Left. Until you build the strength up, you keep everything nice and tight and just walk with each hand only. That's how you do the walking dip bar.
A couple of tips and tricks when doing this, some things to remember to do, remember, keep everything nice and tight. You want to lock everything out. Okay? Once you are up there, you want to try and avoid swinging too wildly because you can really screw up your shoulder. And you don't injure yourself when doing this. Okay? So jump up. Everything's nice and tight. Lock it out. Stomach. Shoulders. Chest. Arms. And just move that hand. You almost have like a little momentum, moving side to side. And that'll keep you going.
