Hi. I'm Alex Fell from Warrior Fitness Boot Camp in New York City, and I'm going to show you how to hop your hands across the dip bar. All right. What you want to do is you want hop up. Again, everything stays nice and tight. And what you're going to do is your going to keep your momentum going, once you get going, hopping your hands about an inch, couple inches, in front of each other each time. It's going to look like this. You're going to jump up, everything nice and tight. Hop. One pause. Hop. Pause, steady. Hop. Pause, steady.
All right. Things to remember, keep everything nice and tight. What you could do is also, if you're having a little bit of a tough time, if you're building your way up to this and you've never done it before, you can use a little bit of momentum to kind of buck your hips to hop those hands forward. And what I mean by that looks like this. So buck your hip. Nice and tight. Buck your hip. Nice and tight. Lift your legs up. Nice and tight. Buck your hip. Nice and tight. All right. Until you're nice and steady and you can keep it going, the momentum, all the way to the end. Ready? Up, up. And that's how you hop your hands while doing the walking dip bar.
