Hi. I'm Ruben Belliard from Warrior Fitness Boot Camp here in New York city. Today we're going to talk about how to set up a boot camp at home. All you have to do, you can pick either two, three, or even four specific exercises. Let's just say one is push-ups. If you live in a two-story house, stairs would be, you know, running up the stairs would be the second one. You know we can put your feet under a couch to do sit-ups. That would be the third one. and a fourth one, I would say, you know, run around your house one time. So that's simply, that's just one small circuit that you can do. And then we can just add the different variations to it. You can run two laps around your house. You can do 40 sit-ups. You can three times up those stairs to that top floor.
And you can do push-ups right in your living room. And you have to think about it as just combining certain things for, you know, 20 to 35 minutes. I mean if you have an hour, that's great. As far as hitting goals, you can set that by time or by repetitions. And then also set rounds. So that would mean you would do one complete round of each exercise, and then take a small break, and then start it again. Or you can just do, hey, tell yourself, "I'm going to do four consecutive rounds nonstop until I complete this amount of rounds and this amount of repetitions per exercise." You have your whole apartment or your whole home to create something. Just kind of look around. See what you can use. It doesn't have to be very complicated. You know, simple is always the best thing.
