So I'm going to demonstrate how to foam roll your neck. The neck is an iffy area. It can be a tricky area to foam roll, and if you have any questions or concerns you might want to consult your doctor before you do this. But basically, what I want you to do is, you're going to lie on your back. And take the roller, just place it on your neck. If you're a teeth grinder, if you're neck is sore from having, you know, weird positioning that particular night with your pillow, this is perfectly okay. Honestly, all I tell my clients to do is just move your head back and forth. Shake your head, you know, and kind of, that's all the pressure you need for this area. The neck, again, is kind of a sensitive area. You don't really want to mess with it or apply too much pressure here. You might do more damage than good. You can shift the weight, the roller a little further down. Your spine does run all the way up. You have your upper Cs, C1, C2, so you want to be very careful when doing this on the neck. And that's how you foam roll your neck.
