Hi, everybody. I'm Amanda Edell, and I'm a personal trainer and running coach on the upper East Side. I've been a personal trainer for five years. I have experience with running and being a running coach for over ten years. I was a Division I collegiate athlete in college. I ran cross-country and track, and I fell in love with the sport. And I knew back then that it was something I wanted to pursue as a career.
