Hello. My name is Angela Cuervo, and I am a pastry chef. I grew up in my parents' restaurant, where I found my passion for baking. After seeing my mother bake almost every day, I decided to go to culinary school where I learned the bulk of what I know now. And then I later worked with some cake designers, where I learned more of what you see here. And then after that I decided to start my own company called "Making That Cake," where I now make custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, anything you can think of.
