Hey, guys. We're going to talk about how to do a spread eagle today. A spread eagle is pointing your toes in opposite directions and going in a circle, semi-circle, using either your inside edges, leaning to the inside, or your outside edges leaning to the outside. This is really important for all types of figure skating, dance skating, any type of jam skating. It's a great basic starter. As long as you can do a spread eagle, you can do a mohawk turn and various other moves. So this is what it looks like in a small semi-circle. Toes out, not really pushing but letting my momentum just carry me around, leaning to the inside. I've got a lot of pressure going on in my groin area. My core is tight. And I'm just leaning to the inside. All right. So this is what it looks like when you're moving forward.
