In order to do a No Comply Yoga Grab you're going to want to have your 360 No Complies down solid.
Now in order to do the No Comply Yoga Grab, you're going to want to be able to grab the board with your right hand as you're halfway through your rotation.
Once you're done with that, you're going to want to take your right foot, land it over your right hand and let go of the board with your hand.
Then your front foot is going to fall into place directly over the bolts and you should be done with your rotation at this time.
So again, if you're having any difficulties, you should really remember you've got to have your 360 No Complies down solid.
After that, you're going to want to grab the nose with your hand. And after that, you're going to want to get your right foot over your hand and then let go of the nose of the board so that that way your front foot can slide into place right over the bolts and you can land the trick nice and easy.
Now if you're having difficulties with this trick, you can also try just doing the Nose Grab, that's not a problem.
It's very important just to do your 360 No Complies giving yourself enough space so the board can rotate in between each leg.
If you're having trouble with your 360 No Comply, you might want to go back to the basics and try your 180's out again. Work on your 360 Spins. And then maybe you can progress back towards having your hand on the nose. And then after that you can work on getting your foot over your hand.
