Let's talk about how to get rid of cellulite with dry brushing.

You need to start with a dry bristle brush. Something that's really coarse. You can get it anywhere. It really doesn't matter, as long as it feels coarse to you and it's a little bit rough. You want to brush your body before you get into the shower in the morning. In long strokes, kind of firm, start at your feet and go all the way up. Always toward the heart. Do your arms and spend some extra time on your inner thighs, on your butt. Any place that you feel is a problem area for you. When you're done, you're even going to feel hot. That's how much stimulation in your circulation you're going to cause.

Dry brushing causes more collagen to be produced in the skin, it increases your elasticity, and the best part of all, in as little as two weeks of dry brushing every day, you're really going start to see the skin smooth out and that cellulite disappear.

Get a dry brush today and get started. You'll be amazed at how well it works.
