You need to start with a dry bristle brush. Something that's really coarse. You can get it anywhere. It really doesn't matter, as long as it feels coarse to you and it's a little bit rough. You want to brush your body before you get into the shower in the morning. In long strokes, kind of firm, start at your feet and go all the way up. Always toward the heart. Do your arms and spend some extra time on your inner thighs, on your butt. Any place that you feel is a problem area for you. When you're done, you're even going to feel hot. That's how much stimulation in your circulation you're going to cause.
