I love doing at home masks. I love recommending them to clients.

For acne skin, my favorite mask is one cup of rolled oats cooked, with two opened up green tea bags into the oatmeal mixture. I would add a mashed up banana and a little bit of extra water in the oatmeal mask to make it a little bit more spreadable for your skin. I would put a thin layer all over the skin and I would sit for about 20 minutes with it on the face.

The rolled oats really reduce inflammation in the skin, which is great when you have acne. The banana is awesome because it contains a ton of potassium, which stimulates your lymphatic system. Your lymphatic system is responsible for carrying away waste. You really want that working properly when you're breaking out so that your body can heal itself better. The green tea is awesome because it detoxifies the skin. It brings back a nice, rosy glow to the skin. It just makes you look healthier.

This mask is going to be great for acne. If you do it once a week you'll be surprised how well your skin clears up. Try it at home. It's amazing.
