I know that when I had kids, I could think of nothing else but trying to get my body back after pregnancy. I know that it's a big problem for all of you too.

One of my main tips for doing that is wearing a body compression garment. Something that cinches your waist back together again after you have the baby. If you keep everything held together, it's going to help your body's elasticity come back after losing the baby and all the weight. It's going to stop you from getting more stretch marks and damage to the surface of your skin. You're not going to allow your loose skin move around as much. It's going to help your rib cage and hips go back again.

Everything softens up when you have that baby. You want to, while it's still soft, tie everything together. Actually, my sister-in-law told me that in China they wrap ace bandages around their middle. We don't have to do that, but it is actually really convenient to do because it adjusts size to your body as you start shrinking.

Another big thing to do is take lots of walks the second you can get out of the house with the baby. It will get your mind off of being in the cave, the baby cave, and it will help stimulate your lymphatic system. You'll de-puff faster and you will detox. You will start getting things back together again.
