I know a lot of people want me to say that there is such a thing as a healthy tan. But the truth is, there really isn't. The sun is the number one cause of everything you're gonna come to me and complain about later in life. It is responsible for reducing your elasticity. It brings brown spots.
It deepens lines and wrinkles. It actually causes your skin cells to mutate. So you're really running the risk of skin of cancer and a whole host of cosmetic problems by exposure to the sun. Having a tan might seem healthy looking to you, but the ravages of the sun to your skin, there's no turning back from that and you wanna really think about that before you go in the sun. I know that everybody loves to have their vitamin D in sun form. And I know that it feels good, it even feels good for me to be on the beach. But you just have to take some measures to protect your skin to not tan. As boring as it sounds, there's no such thing as a healthy tan. Sorry.
