So we're going to go over how to massage the side of the head as part of the head massage. So you have your recipient's head supported, in such a manner. You want to actually pick up the head if possible. If it feels good for you, and there's, and steady enough. Taking the opposite hand of the rights, and gently rotating the head as such, so that you're supporting. If that is too much for you, you are more than welcome to just lay the head on to your supportive prop, or own towel, and so now you have the whole access of the side of the head for you to be working on, as it is now exposed.
So this is a stable manner to work the side instead of rolling your head back, up forward doing side positions as such. It's awkward for you, it's uncomfortable, and the recipient is going to feel it, and know it, so the best position to do, the best side of the head is to literally turn your head to the side for the recipient.
If the client is unable to turn this far in the direction you want to go, that's fine, you just want to support the head in a manner that's secure, and stable so that you can do your strokes in a secure manner, and supportive manner. And that's how you massage the side of the head as part of the head massage.
