So let’s talk about how to maintain and clean your diamond.
You want to keep it bright and sparkly and you also want to make sure the prongs are intact. So it’s best to take it to your jeweler every 6 months and make sure everything is secure. They can also polish it and steam it while you’re there.
But when you’re at home, all you have to do is just use a simple cleaning solution and a little brush and just clean underneath the stone really well just to get out any excess dirt. You can also just dry it off with a nice clean cloth and then just use one of these little polishing cloths to get off any excess oil or fingerprints from the top of the stone.
Another option is to purchase an ultrasonic cleaning machine but you have to be careful if you have a pave setting because some diamonds can become loose and then they can fall out.
So these are just a few simple tips to keep your diamonds bright and sparkling.
