Hi I am Jenny Lynch and I'm here to talk today about the best time to begin a new diet. Always do it on a new moon, you don't want to do it on the full moon. The full moon is a time to finish up or collect it is harvest time. But on the new moon you have the energy to start something very exciting and fresh. Now there is actually one good time that is better then any other time in the year.
That is when there is a new moon in cancer because cancer rules nutrition how we nurture ourselves and our diet. So if you are going to start a diet you can either start it on the new moon, you can start it when the new moon takes place in your sixth house of wellness or you can wait until June when the new moon is in cancer. So another tip is to begin the diet when Uranus is helping you , when Uranus is trying to your moon or to your sun because it helps you to make the changes effortlessly. Okay, you don't want to do it when Saturn is there, because as hard as you try you are going to feel like you are not getting anywhere. Those are my tips for dieting.
