Now I'm going talk to you about making your own mango puree for your baby. It's actually quite simple and any ripe mango is going to be ready to go as long as it's nice and soft. So first we're going to start off by peeling it.

So once you've peeled your mango you'll want to slice the mango into uniform pieces to make blending a little bit easier. Discard the pit and next we'll add it to our high speed blender. Mangoes are really great because they're such a large fruit.

You can get so many servings out of them. So a typical mango you'll probably be able to have somewhere between three and four servings. So next we'll put it in a blender and we'll process it on high for about 20 to 30 seconds until you've reached the consistency you prefer. All right. So after that 20 to 30 seconds your puree will be nice and smooth and ready for serving. And mangoes are such a naturally sweet fruit that they're perfect on their own and you can see it's quite simple to make your own mango baby puree.
