How to Do the Cobra

I'm going to demonstrate how to do the cobra pose. if you take yoga you're probably very familiar with what the cobra is. But I'm going to demonstrate for you if you're not. So, you're going to get into a position where you're lying on your stomach. Elbows are tucked into your side. Okay? Your tows are pointed outward and they are straight. What you're going to do is, you're going to lift your chest up as much as you can while keeping your elbows in towards your body and then relax back down. Again, lift, eyes up, and lower slowly back down.

You want to make sure you're breathing the whole time in this pose. I'm talking to you guys, so it's a little hard for me to talk and demo. but be very much aware of your breath. And you can go about 10 reps here; repeat 2 or 3 times. It's a great way to warm up your core and also strengthen your lower back. And that' show you do the cobra pose.
