Hi, Lisa here; and I’m going to show you how to create and manage reminders. First, I’m going to open the reminders app.You can find it by going to the spotlight in the top right hand corner, typing in “reminders.” Hitting “Enter “ to open. And once you’re in here, you can click on any of the lines to create a reminder.

Type in what the reminder is,then hit “Enter” when you are done. That will take you down to the next line to create a new reminder. Now when you hover your mouse over the reminder you already created you’ll see a little eye to the right of it. When you click on it you’re going to get more options to remind you on a day or at a location. Solet’s choose on a day and then it will let you choose what day and what time you’d like to be reminded. So I’d like to me reminded on Friday at 4:30. You can choose if you want to repeat this reminder. You have a few options here from everyday to every year. I’ll say everyday and when you want that repeating to end. So I’ll say that I never want it to end. Then you can also put a priority on it. So low, medium, or high. So I will say this is medium. You can also add notes in case you need to know anything else about this reminder. And then you can click “Done.”

Now when you close the reminders app you don’t have to save anything it will actually just save everything for you automatically. So let’s say I’ve already done this. I can go back into reminders and click the check box to the left of the reminder to indicate that I’ve completed it. Once that’s done, it will go away. In our case we have it repeating everyday so it’s going to pop right back up again. That’s it! That’s how you can create reminders on your Mac.
