  • Step 3: Manage your money wisely. Don't create stress by living a lifestyle that you can't afford.
  • Step 4: Get adequate sleep. There is nothing that will bring your day to a screeching halt like a sleepy fog. Be awake to make the most of every day.
  • Step 5: Exercise regularly. Going for a jog, taking a bike ride or playing basketball can have positive effects on your mind and body.
